Frank Coppersmith

CEO, Possum Interactive & Chair, Austin Game Devs

Frank is currently the chair, Austin Game Devs . Org, an affiliate of the IGDA that provides high-impact events and content to help local game businesses succeed.  He is also the CEO, Possum Interactive, a local video game studio.  Previously, Frank has served as COO and Austin studio head for GameSalad, a maker of tools for mobile game development and VP/CFO of Challenge Games, a social game developer sold to Zynga.  He’s also the former general counsel, Toppan (previously DuPont) Photomasks, a global manufacturer of semiconductor materials.  He is the Austin Business Journal’s 2010 “CFO of the Year” (small biz category).  He holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a law degree from Samford University and a degree in electrical engineering from The Citadel.
