Chris counsels clients on trademark, unfair competition, trade secret, copyright, and related intellectual property matters, with a focus on disputes and litigation. He has broad experience litigating in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration, and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, the National Arbitration Forum, and the World Intellectual Property Organization. In addition, Chris works with several clients to manage, protect, and police their international trademark portfolios. In this role, Chris regularly evaluates watch notices, negotiates settlement and consent agreements, and coordinates multi-jurisdiction opposition, cancellation, and infringement proceedings. He also assists clients with trademark searching, clearance, and prosecution. Fluent in Spanish, Chris has assisted companies in litigation, investigations, and foreign proceedings as bilingual counsel. He is a Senior Associate with Norton Rose Fulbright.
